Warranty, Return and Cancellation Policy

At Mars Cockpit Design / Aksesuarciniz.com, we aim to keep customer satisfaction and product quality at the highest level. All products purchased on our site are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects.
1. Warranty Conditions
• Product Warranty: All our interior dashboard trim products are backed by a 1-year company warranty against manufacturing defects, fading over time, and peeling off on their own.
• Exclusions: Damages resulting from improper installation, insufficient surface cleaning prior to application, external physical impacts, cuts, or exposure to harsh chemicals (acids, thinners, etc.) are excluded from the warranty coverage.
2. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your product without giving any reason.
Return Requirements:

Product Condition: The item to be returned must be unused, not attempted to be installed, with protective film/tape backings intact, and the adhesive surface completely undamaged.

Original Packaging: The item must be repacked and returned with all its accessories, promotional items (if any), and undamaged original packaging.

Invoice/Receipt: The original invoice or delivery note must accompany the returned package.
(Important Note: Products customized or manufactured in non-standard special colors/dimensions per customer request cannot be returned as per legal regulations.)
3. Return Shipping Fees
• Standard Returns / Right of Withdrawal: For returns made under the right of withdrawal where the item is not defective, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: In cases of wrong item delivery, manufacturing defects, or transit damage caused by our company, the return shipping costs will be covered by our company (Mars Cockpit Design).
4. Damaged and Defective Items Upon Delivery
• Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier officer upon delivery.
• If you notice any damage, bending, or crushing caused by shipping, ask the courier to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" and do not accept the package.
• Items with a Damage Assessment Report will be replaced with a new one as quickly as possible and re-shipped to you free of charge.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
• Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at +90 850 532 0 185 or emailing aksesuarciniz@gmail.com.
• Refund Process: Once your returned item reaches our facility and passes quality inspection, the payment will be refunded to your credit card or bank account (via the iyzico infrastructure) within 3 to 7 business days.
