If you send identity and credit card data to us by mail-order method, these are stored by our company under confidentiality principles. In case of disputes concerning credit card withdrawals, they are held for 60 days and then destroyed. If any payment beyond the confirmed order amount is charged, you are of course entitled to dispute with the bank, which mitigates the risk for you.

In emails you send to our Customer Service about any order, do not include your credit card number or passwords. Emails may be viewed by third parties. Our company cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted in emails under any circumstances.
