Returns and Exchanges will be evaluated once we receive your Return or Exchange Request (Order Problem Report / Tracking) and you will be notified within one business day at the latest.
Once the return or exchange is approved, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and with the invoice. SHIPPING COSTS PAID IN ADVANCE.
